Dr. Nasruddin Shah Paikar is a valued advisory member of the Board of Directors at VEER Consulting Services. With over 30 years of experience in the field, Dr. Paikar has played a crucial role in the success of various educational organizations and international NGOs across four different countries. As a Canadian citizen, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in English language, a Master’s degree in education, and a PHD in Science. Dr. Paikar is also certified in TESL and has attended high-level international training in various countries.
In 1985, Dr. Paikar began his career as a lecturer at Kabul University before becoming the library director. He later joined FOCUS International Humanitarian Assistance in 1999 as the country director in Pakistan and worked with the AKDN network in the educational field in Pakistan until 2003. Since 2005, he has been working as an academic support member with ITREB in Canada. Besides his professional achievements, Dr. Paikar has been actively involved in volunteer activities since 2003.
Dr. Paikar is known for his strong teamwork skills, excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, and participatory approach to problem-solving and coaching.
